CdC Dance Academy ‍

CdC Dance Academy is the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data. Types of personal data ‍CdC Dance Academy collects information that you provide to us for the purpose of processing a business transaction, such as booking a boot camp, workshop or show. The type and scope of the personal data that we process differ per service. You can think of first and last name, email address and telephone number. CdC Dance Academy collects data from individuals and companies who buy courses or memberships for the following purposes:

• Enter into an agreement for a service;

• Perform the agreed service (eg supply a ticket for a boot camp);

• Send invoices;

• Inform customers about our services;

• For statistical, analysis and research purposes and to improve the service;

• Complying with legal obligations applicable to CdC Dance Academy (such as the retention obligation of the tax authorities).

Retention period

CdC Dance Academy stores your personal data for as long as is necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We keep data about orders and invoices for 7 years in connection with legal obligations.

Our website contains links to other websites, which may be our customers, partners, YouTube videos or other websites. Our privacy policy only applies to the CdC Dance Academy website. Casino de Cuba does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, we have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing. Your data will be treated confidentially and stored on secure servers.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to ask us to provide you with access to your personal data and/or to correct or delete it (provided we can no longer comply with legal obligations). In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by CdC Dance Academy. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@casinodecuba.com. CdC Dance Academy would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
